daisy3-load: change the OPF media type to application/oebps-package+xml #276

The DAISY 3 spec requires a media-type of "text/xml"[1], but the OPF 2.0 spec 
requires "application/oebps-package+xml"[2]. For interoperability between 
scripts, the latter should probably be used.
