HTML to EPUB 3 support for longdesc #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Convert HTML content with an image using longdesc
2. converted EPUB does not contain longdesc property

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
longdesc should have been retained and the referenced documents should have 
also been included, including any css or stylesheets that are further 
referenced.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pipeline 2.1.5 on OS X cli client.

Please provide any additional information below.
