support MathML in dtbook-to-epub3

At this time, the DAISY Pipeline 2 supports the conversion of a DTBook
XML file to the ePub 3 format. However, there is a lack of support for
the migration of a DTBook XML + MathML file to an ePub 3 publication
containing MathML.

Education, non-profit, and governmental entities responsible for
producing print materials into accessible versions are limited by a lack
of available tools and formats supporting STEM content. Development of
the production modules necessary for converting DTBook XML content into
ePub 3 with MathML offers another potential format to be used by
individuals with print disabilities. In addition, there are several
large-scale efforts directed towards the development of ePub 3 reading
applications. Prioritizing support for the conversion of STEM content in
the DAISY Pipeline 2 project offers the potential to using mainstream
ePub 3 reading applications by those with print-disabilities.
