Nimas fileset validator should allow text/xml for DTBook files #338

If DTBook files are listed in the package file with mime type "text/xml", the 
Nimas validator does not recognize them. However, the spec appears to allow 
both "application/x-dtbook+xml" [1] and "text/xml" [2]. The validator should 
also allow both.

Note that allowing text/xml contradicts this:

Resolved with user that requiring application/x-dtbook+xml is the correct 
behavior.
