reconsider merging multiple dtbooks in dtbook-to-zedai #342

Right now, DTBook-to-ZedAI merges documents if there is more than one. However, 
to reduce complexity, it might be a good idea to leave this step available only 
as a separate utility. I don't think anyone actually requires it to be part of 
DTBook-to-ZedAI itself.
