What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a simple valid dtb xml document
2. set the dc:Title to " " (ie a single space)
3. validate the file
4. Check the status port, It will show "ok"
5. check the report xml it will show 1 error in the metadata noting Title may
not be empty.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Status port should show error
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dp2 1.6 release
