merge logging-library and utils-library ? #363

For now utils-library only contains `px:tokenize`.

Jostein says:

would be to extract the logging stuff into a separate logging module

> I'm not entirely sure about all this. On the one hand I'd like to prevent 
import proliferation, on the other hand I kinda like that logging is a cohesive 
module.

To be figured-out before the 1.0.0 release.
