daisy202-to-epub3: use only identifier in the resulting epub filename #383

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run daisy202-to-epub3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ihe output is "{identifier} - {title}.epub". Simply "{identifier}.epub" would 
be better.
