knockstrap and 3.2 components #11

Hi knockstrap Team,

do you plan to integrate the new knockout 3.2 components into knockstrap? It would be really cool to use those instead of template bindings I think.

I'm looking for a good integration of bootstrap with knockout because I want to get rid of all the buggy implementations we did ourselves and I'd really like to use components here.

Ko's components feature looks great. I think, it will be used in next versions of knockstrap.
