Base project: add print template #26

See SRS for a minimal example, let's do it simple but more fancy. Ask WHO for text to be added.

Problem with the scale bar in the print template (known bug): the bar doesn't update when loading layer with different extents. Asked in qgis-dev list

I think it can be far easier to just incorporate the print template in the project.

What do you mean by incorporate the template it in the project? I don't how to do that..

Ok get it. 3 example layout created (template still available for future advanced uses). Documentation updated.
