Add landscape or portrait suffix to file names #30

when the plugin detects it should use a landscape or portrait orientation to impose pages, it would be useful to add it as a prefix, so we don't end up confusing orientations during print (i keep wasting pages :P)

automated printing (via make or rake) could configure the printer correctly instead of having to manually configure it on a pdf viewer
