Web: VPN Status Page

Since the first FAUST CTF, we want to provide a status page for the team's VPN connections (including ping checks) on the website before the CTF.

Similar to #13, it could probably reuse a good deal of checker infrastructure, however there are some technical challenges with adding special checkers which run during different times than the others.

Should contain ping checks to the demo Vulnbox and checks of a dummy service (similar to RuCTFE status page).

Architecture decision:

• Minutely checks
• Kinds of checks: VPN status, ping to gateway + demo Vulnbox + actual Vulnbox, minimal service check (TCP connect) on demo Vulnbox + actual Vulnbox
• Results for the past hour are stored in the database: Check OK, VPN latest handshake, ping RTT
• Teams can view their own results for the past hour on a special website (rendered with Django templates)
• Before resp. during the CTF results for actual resp. demo should be grayed out
• Orga members can view the same site, but can additionally select a team to view
• A new component will run on the gateway machines, performs the different kinds of checks, and writes results to the database
