update project to use setuptools_scm #21

Automatically version project from hereon.

Also update documentation and switch default install of aioeventlet to faust-aioeventlet.

Based on https://github.com/faust-streaming/faust/pull/408, we need to remove setuptools_scm from init.py.

A test release will be necessary before releasing 0.2.2 in order to ensure stability.
