Try building wheels for macOS again #14

@wbarnha I got most of the way with the build here https://github.com/mhaley-tignis/python-rocksdb/pull/2. I don't know what's going on with the Build and test wheels (ubuntu-latest) action (4 hours and counting). Will check back tomorrow and maybe it will be in a better state.

Great to hear you've been able to make some progress! I've ceased development efforts since rocksdict supports macOS, but I'll still accept PRs.
