Whitespace before rdg/note #482

-- Stelle in XML-Datei: ">Leid <wit" Das Leerzeichen vor dem note-Element ist überflüssig?! Wird aber von der IDML-Synthese ausgegeben, da es vorher nicht behandelt wird. Eventuell kann das Leerzeichen schon im Lesetext-Export weg-normalisiert werden?

Not sure wether I entirely understand the question. Whitespace in Leid <note> is significant in the sense that

LeidA

would be a mistake.

The exact XML is >Leid <note> <wit. I see an extra whitespace character in front of the wit element. Or the whitespace between "Leid" and <note must be removed?

Ah sorry, now I see. No, leading whitespace (<note>_) as well as trailing whitespace (_</note>) would be insignificant. (Leid_ is trailing too, admittedly, but this is whitespace before a sibling element.)
