uri-corrections sometimes not used #11

@sandrakrause reports: https://github.com/faustedition/xml/issues/417#issuecomment-427037085 the correction is in the uri-corrections.csv, but it appearently isn’t applied since we have this: http://dev.faustedition.net/macrogenesis/fischer_lamberg.2_III_H.11_a Quite strange anyway, the rleation type is unknown?

In der Quelle steht tatsächlich faust://document/fischer-lamberg/2_III_H.11_a mit - zwischen fischer-lamberg. Das wird nicht ordentlich aufgelöst.
