Should the tables have sort buttons in their floating title bar? #436

Current version requires to scroll up for sorting, OTOH it’s not quite clear where to scroll to after sorting (Seminar feedback)

Other possibility would be to introduce a "back to top" button that brings to the place where you can sort. Should have this button anyway, because users are used to find it when pages are long (newspaper articles and the like). This is a feedback from the ABR GB seminar.
