@dietmarpravida let us just publish these notes, OK? It is nasty that hints like in https://github.com/faustedition/faust-xml/blob/master/xml/document/archival/privatbesitz/anonym/anonym2.xml#L12 are still hidden. @thvitt, I suppose it is simple to just make them appear? Please inform us if you foresee any complications.

These notes = first <note/> after <headNote/>? It’s probably a :bug: that they aren’t displayed currently …

for your review, they should appear in the dev version after the build for c849140 has run (you’ll probably have to reload pages you’ve been visiting before). Please close the issue if this is ok and they should stay, or reassign me and notify me if I should revert the change or if modification is desired.

it's definitely a feature; what was the reason we hid the notes in the first place? Their messiness i guess?

Yes they are messy, that's why we didn't want them to appear.
