Create a print version of the result. #62

Because not all students will have an email (especially lower grades) and 
because sometimes a hard copy of the quiz is required, it would be nice to be 
able to print the report.  This should be an option and not done automatically.

If possible there should be an option to print a text only copy and something 
that looks like the email report.

The output could be more grid like so the report wasn't as long as it is in the 
email version. I hate to kill trees.
