hi~ @faustomilletari I am new here find out that this project do not have a README, would you please give me some README to start to follow your work? and I read your prototxt. I wonder the type"Convolution" means Conv3D? would you please give me some tony datasets to test the frame work?

+1 adding a readme. I found this repo through reading "V-Net: Fully Convolutional Neural Networks for Volumetric Medical Image Segmentation".
