Hey @yingnierxiao,

Thanks for reporting the issue. I couldn't reproduce it with below steps

However I do notice that each time the prefab save action will trigger the importer once. It's not really necessary and may slow down the prefab editing if you have a long list of rules to apply. Hence in 0.5.4, the current editing prefab will be ignored by the importer (refs docs).

I guess this will resolve your issue, please have a try.
