Many demos are not built by the autoconf-generated Makefile

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download bullet-2.77.tgz
2. Unpack
3. Run autogen.sh
4. Run configure
5. Run make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected all of the projects in the Demos directory to be built.  Instead, 
only these were:

    BasicDemo
    TerrainDemo
    VehicleDemo
    CcdPhysicsDemo
    SoftDemo
    AllBulletDemos

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

bullet-2.77, Ubuntu 9.10

Please provide any additional information below.

We are focussing on cmake, and we only apply minimum maintenance for autoconf.

If you are willing to maintain autoconf, please let me know. Otherwise let's 
close the issue.

Thanks for your response.

I can't commit to maintaining the autoconf for Bullet right now, so feel free 
to close this issue.  I may change my mind in the future, but if so then I can 
always re-open.
