individual anchor influence control

This is an improvement rather than an issue, which lets one give more or less 
influence (0.0..1.0) to a soft-body anchor.

This allowed us to create the jet barriers in our simulation software, as shown 
on the following video.

This enhancement is used in production, so far it is very stable, while the 
overhead is tiny compared to the benefit we get (www.imagine3d.fr).

We would be very happy if this could be added to the main trunk ;)

Note that (de)serialization of the new m_influence hasn't been implemented yet.
