Wholesale to retail currency #3

How can I get a course not wholesale but retail rate?

The currency data provided by my API is scraped from few websites. I am not sure whether it's wholesale or retail rate. If this currency-api isn't sufficient for your needs, you can also try other free currency APIs , Maybe it may solve your problem
