Find a better way to catch the video link #141

Just noticed that we just added a functionality to handle shorts videos : https://github.com/fawazahmed0/youtube-uploader/pull/139 Which is great for me cauz' it's actually something I needed, my short uploading just broke :'( But I think we can do better than this, and not require configuration to figure out when the video is uploaded. I don't think we should, as user of the package, need to specify if we upload a shorts or a normal video, it should just work for both. I tried something here : https://github.com/fawazahmed0/youtube-uploader/pull/140
