Get this working on the nRF52840 DK Board #126

Now that Codec2 Walkie Talkie supports BLE, there's a new motivation to get everything working on the nRF52840 board, since the TTGO T-Echo uses it.

Steps to do this:

  1. Set up nRF DK board in one of my "Pelican" cases for easy development
  2. Make a LoRa shield that doesn't connect up the second row of pins for the QSPI flash
  3. Add to the JSON file the pinouts for the nRF DK board.
