Duplicate dependencies in package.json #1

package.json has duplicate entries. devDependencies and dependencies are copies of each other.

I tried removing the dev specific packages from dependencies as seen in 7b7c8ef but my templates weren't being compiled anymore. Also some tasks like dist became unavailable.

Unfortunately, I have absolutely no clue what is going on in this helper file but I believe that's where the problem is originating from
