directx9 feb2010 install problematic? #108

after doing directx9 install on clean .wine dir i started getting
complaints about dllreg.exe (not really sure if that was exe name but
something like that). Even when going to winecfg wine complained about it.
I used latest wine.

to be more exact it says: dxdllreg.exe has encountered a serious problem and 
needs to
close.

This sounds more like a wine issue than a winetricks issue - potentially 
related to 
this wine bug: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22147

Looks like it was a wine bug... haven't seen this myself.
