[patch] Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 #156

Patch adds download for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.

Installer does not work yet, crashes.

Patch to add this Microsoft software is 666 bytes.

This isn't very useful. It doesn't work or install in wine, and this patch 
doesn't provide any workarounds to get it to install.

All it would be useful for is reproducing the bug, which anyone can do with a 
simple wget.

Eventually as Wine improves in the future, it will be useful though.

I'm going to mark this WONTFIX. Until .Net 4.0 is usable this is useless, and 
this patch doesn't make it usable.

Patch is now unified.

Patch now also supports quiet operation $WINETRICKS_QUIET.
