Need winetricks verbs for crypt32 #162

says native crypt32 and rsaenh help visual c++ ide.
It'd be nice to have winetricks verbs for those.

I've added crypt32 in r1572.

rsaenh is part of ie6. Could make it a synonym..

I'd rather not make it a synonym.  If we could pluck just that dll
out of the ie6 install somehow... let's call this bug fixed, and
save rsaenh for another day.

I tried cabextracting the IE6 setup, but that's a no go.

Easiest way I see would be to use the current ie6 setup, but backup wine's 
dlls/iexplore, install native, keep rsaenh, and restore the other backups.

Or search microsoft.com for a rsaenh security update...
