installed dll name with prefix

i'm using latest r1635 to do installation

when loading winecfg, i see that the dll name installed start with an *

ie: *secur32 instead of secur32

does it matter ?

if i ckeck the same dll into the scrolldown list, its name is not modified, so 
what mean this * ?

It's code for override even if loaded by absolute path. (like C:\program 
files\prettyprogram\strange.dll)
