could winetricks load dotnet11 SP1? #75

I am trying to install QuickBooks 2008, which seems to require .net 1.1
with SP1. I have tried using winetricks to install .net 2.0 to see if
that would be regarded as sufficient, but QB2008 still asks for 1.1.

If I use winetricks to install .net 1.1, QB2008 tries to install SP1 and
fails (see winehq bug 20660).

I was wondering if winetricks would be likely to make a better job of
installing SP1 than the QB2008 installer does, and if so if it could be
added to the menu. The file that QB2008 provides for .net 1.1 is called
dotnetfx.exe, and the corresponding file for SP1 (which I have tried
installing running wine manually but it fails in the same way) is
dotnetsp1.exe.

Installing .NET service packs generally still fail under Wine. Nothing we can do
about that on this end, unless someone comes up with a working workaround
recipe.
1.0SP3, 1.1SP1, 2.0SP2 ... all fail in various ways and need fixes in Wine.

Marking WontFix for now.
