Rework Post component #77

The post component doesn't do stuff it should do:

[x] download posts (requires previously downloaded post) 086e6da860b89598aa1102b92a8a58094016f4a7
[x] use the new cool loading/error system in the ipfs0.4 branch 086e6da860b89598aa1102b92a8a58094016f4a7
[ ] check posts for validity: see if the user is really publishing that post

It should be remade while thinking about also doing #4
