goto statement #125

I was following issues and i came across #97.
If you are not going to implement multi-break and multi-continue what is more 
ANSI C compliant, maybe you should consider implementing goto statement?

In most cases it should be avoided so it is not a priority, however it may be 
useful sometimes and could make picoc more standard compliant.
