修改封禁时间时默认为原来的到期日期 #90

[suggest]   修改封禁时间时默认为原来的到期日期

[提 交 人]  monopoly

[提交日期]  2005.10.16

[功能描述]
已经显示了原来的封禁理由

那么能否让系统自动计算一下时间，在
输入天数(默认1天):
时，默认最好是到原处罚的到期日

也就是 默认天数 = (封禁日期 + 原处罚天数) - 修改日期

否则BM自己掰着手指头算一遍比较麻烦
