Change family slug

To obfuscate family name, slug should be Lyynn, where:

• L is the first letter of the family name
• yy is the current enrollment year (17 for 2017)
• nn is a self-incrementing number

Also need to add a family name, populated similarly to the current slug, but non-unique, with no numeric component
