What type of code Samples are expected in the Messenger code sample section? #81

I can see that the Messenger code sample section is empty, I have some open source messenger bot code and I am wondering if I could add them to the messenger code sample section.

I assume messenger code samples would be added but there's no structure for the CodeSamples folder, the subfolder's readme needs to be added

Just seeing this now, I tried introducing a structure here https://github.com/fbdevelopercircles/FbDevcCommunityContent/pull/93
