Network speed Realtek 8125B #686

I use an ASROCK j4125 with a REALTEK 8125B 2.5GBIT LAN Card. xpenology model: 920+ but I tried nearly everything. Network speed measured with iperf3 is below 70MBIT al the time. Infrastructure is ok when doingt the same test under linux. Can it be a driver problem?

seems not realated to drivers...

Disk performance? I use same network chip with 2 Toshiba MG09 and have about 270-290mb/s while copy large files to nas and back.
