Hi,

Is there any plans to upgrade this arpl loader to new version? I'd like to upgrade DSM_DS920+_64570 but when I did this loader tells me that this build not allowed.

I tried 4 different arpl (arc, wjz304 etc) and even with clean install cannot launch system. Don't know why? my specs i5-10400, asus rog z490-i-gaming, 8gb (4x2) samsung ddr4 2400, 3x 4tb wd red and 2x nvme cache.

Thanks

you can try this but i recommend a different usb stick. So you can boot with the old 7.1environment if the loader does not work. I have the same issue. Neither redpill-tinicore plain nor the the arp loaders work. Only this arp loader works with 7.1.

A couple months ago someone pointed me to https://github.com/AuxXxilium/arc/releases I installed his fork on the NAS I use to backup my main NAS, and it works great. I was able to update to 7.2 build 64570 without issue. He comes out with frequent updates for his loader as well.

Just an FYI, I setup a test system using FB's ARPL and then another USB with AuxXxilium's ARC to see if I could do a migration and it worked, so I, with held breath, did the same to my main NAS and it worked without issue. If you or anyone wants to move over to AuxXxilium's ARC on 7.1, you should be able to.
