Adds boolean 'reverse' to the Axis object. Axis is already an l1v4 addition, so we don't need special level/version-checking code.

I think this should be the last of the proposed changes from the last SED-ML Editor's meeting, meaning that if we release this, we should be able to start testing the new constructs.
