It's possible to make this plugin can only be controlled by the owner of the GRAPH?

let's say I have a SHARED GRAPH and I have been sharing its editing access to different email accounts, and then only I can set the view of the entire graph to the read-only mode at the plugin settings.

If you can do this (via requiring the Roam API, maybe?).

They (the editors) can read more functionally on the This SHARED GRAPH after installing some kinds of reading enhancement plug-ins, e.g. Color Highlighter

Hi, unfortunately plugins in Roam currently doesn't support any "multiplayer" feature, each user has to install it and controls its own settings., I don't see any mean to achieve your goal with a plugin. I'm not sure to understand exactly what you would achieve, but can simulate some feature of Reading mode plugin and Color highlighter plugin with CSS. It's easy for Color Highlighter, you have just to copy the content of extension.css (here) in a CSS block in the [[roam/css]] page
