Please update for GNOME 3.8 at https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/529/windows-overview-tooltips/ .

GNOME 3.8 was released more than 3 months ago. Fedora 19 with GNOME 3.8 was released a week ago. People would love to use your extension, but they can't.

If he doesn't reply, perhaps someone else should just submit these extension from his own account? Existing users won't be able to update this way, but they can uninstall it, and install duplicate submitted by someone. And new users will be able to use it.

I'm no longer using gnome. That also means I can't use the extensions site. There's no mechanism for horphanation of extensions. But an irc meeting can be arranged with the web admin to pass the extension to someone interested in maintaining it.
