[Documentation] untap homebrew/science before installing #3

Probably a good idea to add brew untap homebrew/science to the instructions. Else you get this issue:

Emiels-MacBook-Pro:Results Emiel$ brew install timbl
Error: Formulae found in multiple taps:
 * homebrew/science/timbl
 * fbkarsdorp/lamachine/timbl

Please use the fully-qualified name e.g. homebrew/science/timbl to refer the formula.

Ah, yes. Especially since that tap is deprecated.
