Draft: Config for server

This branch represents the configuration needed to run the application from my domain: pblank.blewi.xyz

Important Changes

• Changed all API routes to be prefixed by /api to allow for reverse proxy to handle frontend and backend requests
• Changed API root configuration for frontend to pblank.blewi.xyz in http.js
• Chagned CORS to accept from pblank.blewi.xyz in backends app.js
• Made the postgres docker config dependant on pgadmin such that docker the DB alone, and the backend/frontend independently.
• Changed file permissions (hence the change on all files)

I vote we do not merge this. It only has our server config which is not something I want to persist to the dev or prod versions. I'm quite happy with it never being a merged branch, we can maybe take some inspiration from it as far as "touchpoints" go for when we write a proper installer of sorts. @Martyrshot , sound like a plan? I can't see any downsides to this.
