Artifact category name / error

Observed when inputting artifact data categories (cross section shape), when using a forward slash in the category name, ie, "Plano-Convex / Turtleback", and saving it, it buts a jumble of characters instead of a slash in the name.

Edit: it also happens with an apostrophe ' I was inputting a Culture and it turned [Old Woman's] into [Old Woman & # x 2 7 ; s] ^I added spaces between each character, because this interface converted that string of characters back into an apostrophe

Ah, yes I remember this one. It persists to all text fields, has to do with the "sanitization" of user input. Noted.
