Unbalanced parenthesis error at "Forgotten Password" using 389DS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use 389ds with store responses in LDAP
2. Create test user in ldap and activate normally
3. add responses for user and test "Forgotten Password" option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Ability to change user password but instead gives an error 
(Unbalanced parenthesis). Worked without a problem in pwm 1.6.4.
Additional info: The used responses are all normal text (no special characters).

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
389DS 1.2

Please paste any error log messages below:

DEBUG, servlet.ForgottenPasswordServlet, {6} 5006 ERROR_RESPONSES_NORESPONSES 
(ldap error during search: Unbalanced parenthesis)
