PWM Creating users with random UID

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register User
2. Check UID via Apache Directory Studio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UID is the UID that the user entered on the registration page
I see a randomly generated UID as the DN in the user, and the uid entered 
during registration is put into the user as a uid attribute

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7

What ldap directory and version are you using?
openldap
