ApacheDS Cannot find admins #662

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Working through Setup / Configuration mode
2.Working against ApacheDS 2.0.0-M19
3.cn=Administrators,ou=Groups,dc=PHMBrokers,dc=com says no matching admin users
4. Ran the supplement ApacheDS LDIF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No Matching Admin Users

What version of PWM are you using?
Latest

What ldap directory and version are you using?
ApacheDS

It is an ApacheDS problem, not a PWM problem. I believe there is a module to 
make group membership searchable.
