Every Directory server I've tested won't work #663

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. OpenLDAP
2. 389 DS
3. ApacheDS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When using pwm from source - I get stuck on the Admin DN search - always says 
no users found - yet I can run ldapsearch that shows memberOf returning results

What version of PWM are you using?
Latest source

What ldap directory and version are you using?
EVERY

I don't know who is managing the code base - but I went back to an old 1.7.1 
war and had much better success.. there are a bunch of screwy bugs in the 
current source.. lost about 2 days on it

That's why it's not published as stable yet. Please submit more constructive 
comments, or fixes instead of just spamming the issue system.

Will log some issues then.. Not spamming the issues tree... The product looks 
great and works great on the demo site - however I have been blowing away AWS 
EC2 instances like wild fire...
I spent the most time on the memberOf Administrator DN - just to find that it 
was PWM latest source code - not my directory server
