feat: Added `--logger` option to the commands. #320

fix: logger code improvements. No more console.out, loggers are provided and not statically created giving the user, devs, and apps more options fix: unit tests logs are hidden by default.

This is a PR from a list of improvements I need to do in order to support the new symbol-network app better.

To be merged after 1.1.1 release.
